Occasionally while enjoying their ride guests will fall off windsurfers and land on bottom of the sea. Although they will be seen to be simply standing there, a check of the guest’s status will indicate that the guest is drowning.

To fix:

close Windsurfer,

►

enter construction mode on Windsurfer,

►

exit construction mode without making any changes, and

►

reopen Windsurfer.

After you do that all the windsurfers will reappear at the station and the guests who were riding them will appear at the exit booth. In our experience about a third to a half of these guests will return to the queue so they can ride Windsurfer again.

If you prefer to build trackless water rides (water rides without ride guides) you’ll find this solution works when there are several guests who don’t return to the station because they’ve become lost while riding.
