Parchment Background Image for Showcase! Fall 2020: TNS Pool Paths & TNS Pool Terrain, Page 4, on FlightToAtlantis.net

It will be worth our while to combine parts of our Lazy River ride with our Pool Complex decking. Many RCT3 gamers are unaware that in such an arrangement our guests will walk onto the Lazy River station decking directly off any adjoining Pool Complex decking at which time the use of purpose-built stairs for Lazy River access will become optional.

If we have Spice’s Invisible Pool CS installed the lack of visible pool railings will go a long way towards carrying the illusion that our Lazy River and Pool Complex are a single attraction. In support of this TNS pool railings and other fencing and have only been placed on the outer edges of this pool complex.

Because there are no TNS set pieces that cover Lazy River and I wanted to see the terrain texture displayed on the river bottom I’ve created pieces especially to cover the bottom of Lazy River. These pieces are flagged to take on the same terrain texture as the top sides of the pool paths and the decking in Bottom Pool Complex.

The previous image also shows where I’ve created and placed water flow jets for the bottom of Lazy River. Specialty pieces such as these do their part to kick up the overall appearance of TNS’ sets, Spice’s Invisible Pool CS, and TexMod in our parks.

As can be seen in this next image, if we use TexMod to alter our park’s terrain and then use the same terrain texture for TNS pool decking it’s easy to give the impression that our park guests ride some of our rides while they’re in our pool complex. To see how we arranged our paths and queues to attain this effect view the slideshows here.
