Parchment Background Image for My Projects: Importing Items Into RCT3: CSO's I Have Imported: Planters and Pool Fencing on FlightToAtlantis.net

These planters have been inspired by the shape of one of the planters in StationJimJr's Gardening. However, while StationJimJr’s planters have eight sides mine are seven-sided – this way, when placing more than one planter in the same area, when they are rotated before placement they won’t give the appearance of duplicate planters all arranged in rigid rows. There are corner planters and also standard ‘round’ type planters.

The round planters are in small, medium, large, small tub, and large tub sizes – although the larger they come the less ‘round’ they look. The larger planters are in FTC and in QTC placements while the smaller ones come in those same placements in addition to an ETC placement.

The corner planters come in small, medium, large, and extra large sizes. The planters are made raised for pool decking, and at standard height for flat terrain and paths.

I’ve chosen seven sides because if less than seven sides that shape would be too angular to appear round.  More than eight sides would have been unnecessary poly extravagance.

There is also a filler planter specifically for path corners. This tall, narrow planter comes in one size and only in FTC placement. It does just what the name suggests: it fills path corners.

This filler planter and the smallest sized corner planter will need plants with placements configured specially for them. In the image above there is an ETC geranium placed in the filler planter but ETC plant I’ve used is not quite centred so I’ll need to come up with plants set at a new tile placement.

I’ve used planters as accessories around some of my park flat rides. Following is an image of Carousel next to our Midway.

At the east of Beach Block we’ve used a similar arrangement of planters on our Tea Cups ride.

Planters have also been placed about pool complex.

In most instances they are scattered about the pool decking in random arrangements. All of the planters seen here are finished in the in-game Atlantis vase texture which has been been color adjusted in Photoshop.

I’ve also dressed the pool stairs with custom fitted planters.

On top of the pool stair posts are special planters for accent arrangements.
