A few years ago when I came across Lee’s CS creation thread on ShyGuy’s World I found I liked his POE Building 1 and Building 4 Sets best. I downloaded Building 1 Set immediately but when I discovered Building 4 Set was no longer available for download I was disappointed that I had discovered Lee’s thread too late to download a copy.

It is because of Lee’s generosity in sharing with the community his own resources that we’re reintroducing a completed version of Lee’s POE Building 4 Set by way of this article.

We had so much fun working on this set and collaborating our park that it seemed before we knew it this set had reached nearly 500 pieces. We gained so much information along the way such as how to make billboards and how to make water with realistic caustics in addition to fine-tuning our particle effect skills. Notwithstanding that we needed to make some difficult choices in reducing this huge set into a number of pieces more suitable for general release and you will find that although the size of the set has been ruthlessly reduced there are still about 200 pieces in this publicly released version of POE Building 4 Set.

Let’s get started displaying our POE Building 4 Set Presentation Park which was built specifically to test the positioning of POE Building 4 Set pieces, to see how well they could work with other CS, to experiment & get inspiration as to additional pieces to add to this set and, most importantly, to show the community what could be done with this exciting new set.

Lee’s original Building 4 Set pieces could easily serve as park landmarks to park guests and we wanted to come up with something just as striking and dramatic. We believe we've achieved that goal with this all-new Building 4 Set Gazebo.

At the left in the gazebo can be seen the information station from which park maps are available. One of our staff is always on hand to answer any questions our guests may have.

Near the gazebo, guests can have a seat and take in our koi pond while they soak up the sights & sounds of the park and get their bearings.

Water hyacinth, water lettuce, and water lily add interest to our guests’ view and to the home of our Japanese carp.

Light refreshments, swimwear, sun 'n' skin care products, and souvenirs are available in our Souvenir and Gift Shop, the exterior of which has been built entirely from Lee's POE themed sets. The main frontages of this structure originated with Lee in his original Building 4 Set.

The lower floor of this building is for guest use. The Park Support Services office is upstairs at the rear. Above the souvenir shop entrance guests may look about the grounds from the open observation tower.

There is a delightful spot at the rear of this building that’s reserved for parties, guest buffets, barbecues, and catered events.

Grown for their shade, these tall cedars give a feeling of quiet and serenity to this area.

Most of our guests can't help but linger in our pool complex.

It’s a modestly sized pool but we’ve ensured that every amenity is on hand for our guests’ enjoyment.
