Parchment Background Image for My Projects: Importing Items Into RCT3: CSO's I Have Imported: CFR & CTR CSO's, Page 3 on FlightToAtlantis.net

The first time I saw the marlin car types in bobsled I thought they were very imaginative. Unfortunately in RCT3 the in-game Bob Sled looks more industrial than it did in RCT2 and as a result I’ve only used Bob Sled once in my parks.

I was delighted when I noticed CTR Fantasy Slide available for download. It combined the marlin car type with a track type I like better than Bob Sled. While I greatly appreciate the effort the CTR artist put into creating this custom track, when placing the ride I noticed there seemed to be a few things amiss.

I thought I’d remedy that.

I’ve made portals for the flue ends, station ends (small pieces below the portals), a Zellige tiled floor station base interior (that’s been heavily tanked with casting quality polyester resin for durability and waterproofing), and slightly raised steel trim alongside the tiled area to suggest containment for the flowing water.

The only thing remaining for me to do with this CSO is to re-scale the texture on the station base – something I never gave a thought to until I took these screenshots.

Here’s an image of Marlin Fantasy Slide in use in my opened park.

The stairs seen at the station are one of my Track CSO projects.  I’ve made several stair types for the several kinds of station that come with in-game tracks and CTR’s. The station stairs, entrance canopy, and vendor are placed at all the tracks throughout my park.

Just to take a stroll around our park to see if there’s anything else we can add for our guests’ enjoyment, and to see all these happy people on such a fine day gives us such a charge out of life.

In this image we can observe I’ve made supports for the swings that make up GreenTomTom’s Schaukel.

I was able to use TexMod to rip the texture from GTT’s Reifentanz so I could come up with a matching CSO. I am unable to release this swing support CSO as I have used a ripped texture.

I’ve been dissatisfied with the fencing in Mini Golf and often considered what I could do about it. It turns out it wasn’t the fencing, it was just they way the different Mini Golf fences didn’t meet up. My posts completely minimize Mini Golf’s fencing shortcomings.

Having taken a good look at this image has given me an idea that I might like to try making decorative posts for the fencing along Mini Golf walkways.

As you see we’re still exploring landscaping ideas around our Mini Golf.

I’ve made wooden planters which contain soil, and wooden exhibit bases for Insect House. This project represents the most difficult time I've had lining up a SketchUp model with something that’s come with RCT3.

Having this attraction in our park is a most delightful introduction to insects for the kiddies visiting our resort, and serves as a reminder to the adults that all types of life have a place on our planet.

This is a minor adjustment but one I felt was necessary. I’ve added a small detail at the center bottom of the in-game Parachute Drop.
