Lee had roughed together these structures as a beta set for community trials around the time he was developing his Alpha Paths Set. It gives us great pleasure to be able to re- |

The most striking features in this set are the original Building 4 Set structures created by Lee. |
Judging by the models inside Lee’s SKP file, the set we’re releasing is a little more extensive than the one created in his original work so we’ve decided to call Lee’s main set structures accent pieces. There are four accent pieces, three of them created by Lee. We've created a fourth accent piece which we've decided to call an accent add- |

Should you wish to build a POE Building 4 structure from this set like the one we’ve illustrated in our POE Building 4 Set Presentation Park article. the accent pieces and accessories will allow you to do this. You will find: |
E |
veranda floors for Accent 1 and 2, |
F |
stair arrangements for Accent 1 and 2, |
G |
a stair arrangement for more general use, |
H |
1h foundation bases upon which to raise your Building 4 Set structure, and |
I |
a 2x4 and a 2x6 floor for inside your structure. |
E and I have been imported separately so that those gamers who might wish to put Lee's Accent Structures directly on the terrain without using the stair sets or the 1h base may do so. E and I can be placed directly on your terrain without displaying video fallout, while at the same time they position at a pleasing height beneath guests’ feet. |

Along with the ceiling and wall pieces in this set and with some of the pieces from Lee’s other POE sets you’ll be able to build beautifully themed and realistic shops for your park guests. The in- |

Half of each of the foundation bases is flagged for terrain so that you may have a raised outdoor area at the rear of your shop. |

Columns, Arches & Pergolas |
► |
There is a single column that comes in a curved corner arrangement or as a stand- |
► |
Arches textured in brick & wood come in a small range of shapes for the tops of the columns. |
► |
POE pergolas that match Lee’s own Souvenir Shop pergola can be built on top of the arches with this set. |
► |
For those who’d like a simpler pergola arrangement wood uprights in 3h and 4h have been included. Your pergolas will place nicely on top of these uprights. |
A structure file with the above pergola assemblies has been created for download. We recommend you place these pergola examples in a sandbox and disassemble at your leisure for an understanding of how the various pieces go together. The download link for these structures can be found at the end of this article |

Fountains |
There is one fountain that comes in four different texture styles. For versatility each fountain comes in FTC and in QTC placements. |
The fountains come with transparent water, realistically applied caustics, particle effect water jets that are arranged into a pleasing display, and visible underwater spigots that match the angle of the water jets. |
Stalls & Stall Baseplates |
We have included four different stalls in this set. As seen in the foreground of the following image, there are two Angle A stalls and two Angle B stalls. |
The stall interiors light up at night and there is a billboard interior that comes with each stall so you may customize the stall’s interior appearance with your own merchandise display images. |
Guests will position themselves before these stalls at an angle that matches the front wall of each stall. |
Stall baseplates in two textures are available for use with these stalls. The stall baseplates are designed to be placed beneath stalls that are located on alternate terrain tiles. They'll give these stalls a finished, integrated appearance. |
This alternate space is a good place to put a CSO snack or balloon cart, an offset path bench, a path litter bin, a planted out container, or other landscaping décor. The space at the rear of the stall might be used to put brand new rubbish bins, or perhaps a bench for staff use. |
The angled walls behind the stalls make an excellent foil for a garden. |
Billboards |
Stand- |
J |
The first type is a billboard duo which is meant to be positioned on the terrain in front of the Building 4 Set stalls. Each duo comes framed in three colors and in two sets of angles to match stall A or stall B. The billboard duos are functional on the front side and decorative on the rear. |
K |
The second type of billboard is also a duo but comes in an interesting shield shape with chain supports for use above the blue awning at the top of your stalls. There are two billboards on the front with the wood texture that frames them continuing around to the rear. They come for A and for B stalls. |
L |
The third type of billboard is a single billboard that has the billboard on both sides. Each comes framed in one of three textures and can be turned so that it places inside the path tile edge or on the terrain outside the path tile edge. |
These billboards are just the thing to fine tune the POE theming of your POE stalls. |
Path Cover |
Path covers have been included with this set. They come in four textures, each in three shapes: |
► |
standard square tile |
► |
outside curve |
► |
inside curve |
They can be placed directly on your terrain without displaying video fallout, while at the same time they position at a pleasing height beneath guests’ feet. |
