This park file was originally offered to our community as a scenario. It was called Lake Vapid.

Scenario Description:

Built as a playground for the 5 year-old son of a wealthy industrialist, this island park was designed by Mark, his 5 year-old son. Twenty years on Mark is now grown. He enjoys jetting around the world to various international theme parks. His father has passed away, the estate adjoining the island has been sold and the park island, now surrounded by unrelated properties is inaccessible, all alone in the real estate market, and no longer wanted by Mark. Mark will hand the deeds to this island over for free to the person who can turn it into a viable theme park.

Forum members were invited to revitalize this juvenile, tired park and transform it into a mecca for guest interest, entertainment, and excitement. Their only requirement was that they get 2,500 guests at any one time. There was no time limit and it’s a sandbox scenario saved as a campaign park.

Now updated, Lake Vapid has been made more like a proper scenario complete with objectives and challenges. Re-developed into a more interesting park it now goes by the name of Indian Lake.
