How To Submit Notice of License and Copyright Infringement

If you believe we need license and copyright issues brought to our attention please submit your claim under this topic.

To submit a notice of alleged copyright infringement, for us to consider it a valid complaint you will need to provide us with all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (hereafter known as owner), or of a person authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf (hereafter known as agent). Typing your full name will serve this purpose;
  • Identification of the alleged copyrighted infringement, such as a link to the owner’s original work or a description of the work claimed to have been infringed upon;
  • Sufficient identification of the infringing material and information allowing us to locate the same on our website;
  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address;
  • A specific statement that you in good faith believe that the use of the material in the manner alleged is not authorized by the owner or his agent; and
  • A specific statement in your submission that the information in the notification is accurate and that the work is originally the owner’s, or that you are the owner’s authorized agent.

By submitting this notice you confirm that you in good faith believe that the use of the owner’s material is not authorized by the owner or his agent, AND if you are his agent that you are authorized by the owner to act on his behalf.

If you wish you may submit your notification directly from this page.
